Sheffield-Sheffield Lake Schools look to voters for support on Nov. 7

SHEFFIELD VILLAGE/SHEFFIELD LAKE – Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City Schools will ask voters to approve a 1.5 mill tax levy on Nov. 7. Superintendent Michael Cook said the levy will cost the owner of a $100,000 home $52.50 more a year in property taxes and will generate $462,000 annually for district daily operations.

Back to School dates – and a new face!

AVON LAKE – Back to School will look a little different with a new face at the helm of Avon Lake High School. Joseph J. Mueller will be stepping in as principal.
