Avon council pay increase edited down to flat increase

AVON – The Avon City Council pay increase discussion seemed to go silent. Until now.

Council and its finance committee members have been hashing out new details. The 41st Annual North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing sponsored by First Federal Lakewood will be held on Thursday, July 20, at Sweetbriar Golf Club, 750 Jaycox Road, Avon Lake.  The event starts at 10 a.m.  Price is $115 per person and includes a continental breakfast, boxed lunch and a steak dinner catered by Sweetbriar’s Legacy Club Restaurant in addition to 18 holes of golf.
