Avon Lake’s tone toward adults who allow teen partying is becoming zero tolerance.

Really, the city’s rhetoric is already tough on “social hosting.”

Brookside high school robotics team tops off spectacular year at world competition

Seven local high school students took their love for math, technology, engineering and science (STEM) all the way to world championship competition last week. The seven combined their considerable talents to create a competition-level robot, which they then piloted successfully through local and state competitions. Their performances earned for them the right to compete against other high schoolers from around the world at the 2017 Vex Robotics World Championship.
