Some young area students rubbed elbows and shared holiday cheer with the superintendent of the North Ridgeville City Schools, one day last week. A group of district kindergartners visited the office of North Ridgeville City Schools Superintendent Jim Powell and helped him decorate a small Christmas tree he keeps in his office.
