Resident questions deer culling after finding wounded deer

Avon Lake resident Linda Piscioneri has always voiced concerns about deer culling in Avon Lake, so when a wounded deer wandered into her yard before dying, her concerns were brought forth once more.

“Unfortunately, the doe was still alive and crying out in pain,” Piscioneri recalled the incident.

“It was a horrible sight to witness at 9:30 a.m.”
