City Council endorses Issue 35, rolls over Shoreway notes, accepts donated lots

Sheffield Lake City Council voted unanimously to endorse passage of Issue 35, a proposed Lorain County five-year, 1.2-mill additional tax that could significantly improve the county’s ability to cope with the growing rash of heroin and other opioid drug dependencies.
