Residents encouraged to continue using coyote hotline

After some discussion concerning coyotes in Avon Lake, city officials decided to instate a coyote hotline.

Over the month of September, about 20 calls were placed.

Residents are encouraged to call the hotline any time a coyote is spotted or if there is a problematic area which could contain a den.

New engineering/science center at Lake Ridge gives students more resources

North Ridgeville is home to one of the newest science and engineering education facilities in the state.
The 9,200-square-foot Kemper Engineering and Science building located on the campus of Lake Ridge Academy opened this fall for students to use.
