The city of Avon has almost reached a settlement with the remaining property owners for the land acquired through eminent domain to build the I-90 interchange at Nagel Road.

Online sales for pool passes for the Ellen Trivanovich Aquatic Center have ended. Those wanting to purchase individual and family passes will have to visit City Hall.
According to a public service announcement from the parks and recreation department, residents wanting to buy passes will need to do so in person to confirm their residency.
